Q:     How is AdrenaMen different from other stress supplements?

A:      AdrenaMen is a proprietary formula which contains vitamins, minerals, and plant adaptogens which has been uniquely formulated to support and maintain healthy male sex hormone AND stress hormone levels during periods of chronic stress.

AdrenaMen also contains Lepidium meyenii, Tribulus, Serenoa repens, and Urtica dioica.  These plant derived substances help to support healthy male sex hormone levels, improve erectile function, sex drive, and fertility, and to promote prostate health.

• Men who have low male hormone levels due to Overtraining Syndrome or excessive exercise

• Men who suffer from stress induced infertility (if all other work up is negative)

• Older men who are on not benefiting from testosterone replacement therapy alone.

• Men in whom testosterone replacement therapy is contraindicated (prostate cancer, breast, cancer, etc.)

Q:     How long will it take to notice a change in how I feel?

A:     In general, you should begin to notice an improvement in your symptoms within 2 to 4 weeks after beginning AdrenaMen.  AdrenaMen therapy should always be combined with stress reduction techniques and healthy lifestyle changes for maximum benefit.

Q:     How should AdrenaMen be taken?

A:    All men over the age of 18 can safely take AdrenaMen.  It does not interfere with normal male sex or stress hormone production.  AdrenaMen should not be taken after 5:00 pm because it may cause insomnia.  Specific dosing guidelines are as follows:

• Men 18 to 45 years of age: 1 capsule twice daily.

• Men 18 to 45 years of age suffering from symptoms of low testosterone and evidence of low testosterone levels: 2 capsules in the AM and 1-2 caps mid-day

• Men > 45 years of age: 1 capsule twice daily

• Men > 45 years of age suffering from symptoms of low testosterone and evidence of low testosterone levels: 2 capsules twice daily

Q:       Should I take AdrenaMen with Food?

A:        AdrenaMen can be taken on an empty stomach or with food.

Q:       Can I continue my other nutritional supplements?

A:       Yes.  The ingredients contained in AdrenaMen are safe and there are no interactions with other nutrients, vitamins, or minerals.  Any supplement containing iron should be taken at least 2 hours before or after taking AdrenaMen.  Iron will bind to the vitamins and minerals and prevent their proper absorption and function.

Q:     Can I take AdrenaMen if I am testosterone replacement therapy?

A:     Yes.  However, a reduction in the dose of testosterone may be necessary based on lab results and symptoms.  The ingredients found in AdrenaMen will improve testosterone action and function.

Q:     Does AdrenaMen interact with any prescription medications?

A:     Eleutherococcus senticossus can increase Digoxin levels.  Panax ginseng can increase bleeding in those taking Warfarin (also known as Coumadin).

Q:     What are the potential side effects of AdrenaMen?

A:     Since all of the ingredients contained in AdrenaMen are natural and derived from plants, side effects are minimal.  Possible side effects may include GI upset, rash, and headaches.  Panax ginseng may elevate blood pressure and cause insomnia if taken late in the day.
